Dr. Mesiya received his medical degree from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed his residency at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri and his clinical Fellowship at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Dr. Mesiya is a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine as well as a Diplomat of the American Board of Gastroenterology. He is a member of several professional associations including the American Gastroenterological Association, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, American College of Gastroenterology, and Oklahoma State and County Medical Associations. Dr. Mesiya has had numerous articles published in professional journals.
Dr. Mesiya has completed extensive training in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, liver, including advanced therapeutic endoscopy and ERCP.
