Dr. Seres is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at the OU Medical Center/University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, where he served as Chief Resident in Internal Medicine. He completed additional fellowship training in Gastroenterology at OU Medical Center/University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a member of the American Gastroenterological Association. Dr. Seres joined Digestive Disease Specialists, Inc. in 2008.
Dr. Seres has particular interests in diseases of the small bowel and regularly interprets capsule endoscopies. Capsule endoscopy is an innovative technique to digitally image a patient's small bowel, an area of intestine not fully reached by conventional endoscopy. Dr. Seres is also interested in common esophageal complaints and offers pH studies as well as esophageal manometry to diagnose and treat these complaints.
Dr. Seres offers procedures and clinic slots at Yukon Canadian Valley Hospital, Kinfisher Regional Hospital and Lakeside Women's Hospital in addition to his main practice at Baptist Medical Center.
